这要换成国外，你就做梦吧！国外人的规则感真的特别特别强，仿佛一分一秒都不让渡。整体来说，我认为国人更有人情味。但也正是这份人情味，让中国人淡漠规则，凡事都想搞关系、走后门。过去的律师经历，让我对此深有感触。我常常想，仿若中国人能在规则的框架里保持人情的温度该多好！中共这个恶魔组织固然十恶不赦，但里面的人，包括党员，你不能说都是罪恶累累。至少我接触到的办案人员，很多还是善良的。他们只是被体制绑架了而已，要么被洗脑，要么为了谋生，身不由己，而在浑浑噩噩中度过一生。我对他们的同情多于憎恶。所以，在我眼中，中国人整体是善良而富有情感的。真正需要反思和改变的，是制度运行方式以及规则与人情之间长期失衡的状态。若有一天，国人自觉在规则之内行事，让规则成为共识而非摆设，而人情仍有温度，那该多好。我期待并相信中国有彻底改变的那一天。🙏
